You will receive a confirmation email from Fideum official email address letting you know that you can now access the CeFi side.
Users from the US and Canada have access to the Centralized side of the application.
As we value your security, the only way we can reset a users account password is by identifying that you are who you say you are!

If you have lost your 2FA code, will need to follow the steps below:
Step #1 Verify Your Identity
Take a photo of your ID or passport and a photo of yourself (head and shoulders) holding an identification document. Make sure your ID information and face are visible.
Step 2 – One more Photo
Please take another photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with the written text — fideum is great! and current date.
Step #3 Send Your Photos
After you take the pictures, please send them to kyc@fideum.com with the subject heading “RESET 2FA”
After we receive it & confirm your identity, we will assist you with accessing your account.
Unfortunately if you reside in any of the countries below, you will not be able to use the Fideum application.

After your KYC is approved, you will be able to use all the services of the CeFi side of the application. More updates will be announced soon in regards to bank accounts.
Mobile App earning has a timelock. For this reason, once you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions and you have entered the amount to earn, you will no longer be able to remove it for the duration of what you have agreed upon.

The CeFi (Centralized Finance) aspect of the Fideum application refers to a centralized financial solution, where transactions are processed and managed by the Fideum entity, ensuring insured security for the users.
On the other hand, the DeFi (Decentralized Finance) component refers to a decentralized financial solution, where transactions are processed and managed by a decentralized network of participants, with users being fully responsible for the management and security of their private keys and funds. In this side of the app, Fideum does not hold any private information.

Yes, compliance with the Travel Rule is mandatory in jurisdictions where Fideum operates. In the European Union, regulations such as the 5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD5) and updates in AMLD6 require VASPs to adhere to strict guidelines for data collection and secure transmission of information. Fideum is implementing Travel Rule measures to ensure compliance while providing a secure and seamless experience for its users.
For outgoing transactions:
Users may need to provide information about the beneficiary, including their name and whether the transfer is to a private wallet or a cryptocurrency exchange. Once provided, this information will be securely associated with the corresponding wallet address, so it doesn’t need to be re-entered for subsequent transactions to the same address.
For incoming transactions:
Users may be required to provide additional information about the sender, such as their name and the origin of the transfer (e.g., private wallet or exchange).
Fideum will implement Travel Rule measures in phases to ensure compliance across all transfers. For private wallet transactions, users may need to verify ownership and control of these wallets. Notifications and clear instructions will be provided well in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
For transactions that meet the Travel Rule threshold, Fideum will automatically prompt users to provide the required information through our secure platform. The platform will guide users step-by-step to input and verify the necessary details for both outgoing and incoming transactions.If you encounter any issues while providing the information, our support team is available to assist.
