About the Role
We are looking for a solutions engineer to serve as the technical backbone of our sales process. You will partner with account executives to understand prospect requirements, design solutions built for their needs, and lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for institutional clients.
What You Will Do
- Partner with sales to understand prospect technical requirements and constraints
- Design and present solution architectures built for client requirements
- Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and integration planning sessions
- Translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value
- Collaborate with product and engineering on prospect feedback and RFP responses
- Support security reviews, compliance questionnaires, and technical due diligence
What We Look For
- 5+ years of solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting experience
- Strong technical background with experience in APIs, cloud infrastructure, or financial systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with enterprise prospects on complex sales cycles
- Understanding of digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or compliance technology
- Self-starter who can operate independently and prioritize across multiple opportunities
Nice to Have
- Software engineering or developer background
- Experience with security, compliance, or audit processes
- Familiarity with financial institution procurement and vendor onboarding
