About the Role
We are looking for a driven sales development representative to generate and qualify pipeline for our institutional sales team. You will research target accounts, execute outbound campaigns, and build relationships with senior decision-makers at banks, fintechs, and enterprise organizations.
What You Will Do
- Research and identify high-value target accounts across key segments
- Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry channels
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for account executives
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting
- Develop deep knowledge of Fideum's platform and competitive landscape
What We Look For
- 1-3 years of sales development, BDR, or similar prospecting experience
- Hunter mentality with a track record of hitting activity and pipeline targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity about digital assets, fintech, or financial infrastructure
- Resilience and comfort with rejection in a high-velocity environment
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to financial institutions or enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or Salesloft
- Understanding of digital asset infrastructure or compliance technology
