About the Role

We are looking for a driven sales development representative to generate and qualify pipeline for our institutional sales team. You will research target accounts, execute outbound campaigns, and build relationships with senior decision-makers at banks, fintechs, and enterprise organizations.

What You Will Do

  • Research and identify high-value target accounts across key segments
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry channels
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for account executives
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting
  • Develop deep knowledge of Fideum's platform and competitive landscape

What We Look For

  • 1-3 years of sales development, BDR, or similar prospecting experience
  • Hunter mentality with a track record of hitting activity and pipeline targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity about digital assets, fintech, or financial infrastructure
  • Resilience and comfort with rejection in a high-velocity environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to financial institutions or enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or Salesloft
  • Understanding of digital asset infrastructure or compliance technology
