About the Role

We are looking for a strategic business development leader to identify, evaluate, and execute partnerships that expand Fideum's market reach. You will work across product, sales, and executive leadership to build relationships with strategic partners, technology providers, and channel partners that accelerate our growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership and BD strategy
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities
  • Lead negotiations and structure complex partnership agreements
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to develop joint solutions
  • Track partnership performance and drive mutual value creation

What We Look For

  • 8+ years of business development or strategic partnerships experience
  • Proven ability to structure and close complex partnership deals
  • Strong network within fintech, banking, or digital asset ecosystems
  • Experience working with API-first platforms or infrastructure companies
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution

Nice to Have

  • Experience with channel partnerships or reseller programs
  • Knowledge of digital asset infrastructure, custody, or compliance markets
  • Prior experience in a high-growth technology company
