About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to build and scale our institutional sales organization. You will define the go-to-market strategy, build the sales team, and drive revenue growth across fintech platforms, banks, brokerages, and enterprise clients. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led environment.

What You Will Do

  • Build and lead a high-performance institutional sales team from the ground up
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy across target segments and geographies
  • Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts
  • Partner with product and engineering to shape platform capabilities based on market feedback
  • Establish sales processes, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Represent Fideum at industry events and in senior client conversations

What We Look For

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record selling infrastructure or platform solutions to financial institutions
  • Deep understanding of digital assets, fintech, or regulatory technology markets
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting

Nice to Have

  • Existing network within banking, fintech, or digital asset institutions
  • Experience selling API-first or infrastructure products
  • Knowledge of compliance, custody, or payment technologies
