About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to build and scale our institutional sales organization. You will define the go-to-market strategy, build the sales team, and drive revenue growth across fintech platforms, banks, brokerages, and enterprise clients. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
What You Will Do
- Build and lead a high-performance institutional sales team from the ground up
- Develop and execute the sales strategy across target segments and geographies
- Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts
- Partner with product and engineering to shape platform capabilities based on market feedback
- Establish sales processes, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Represent Fideum at industry events and in senior client conversations
What We Look For
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record selling infrastructure or platform solutions to financial institutions
- Deep understanding of digital assets, fintech, or regulatory technology markets
- Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
- Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
Nice to Have
- Existing network within banking, fintech, or digital asset institutions
- Experience selling API-first or infrastructure products
- Knowledge of compliance, custody, or payment technologies
