About the Role
We are looking for an account manager to focus specifically on financial institution clients. You will manage relationships with banks, credit unions, and brokerages, ensuring they derive maximum value from Fideum's platform while navigating the unique compliance and operational requirements of regulated financial entities.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for banks, credit unions, and brokerages
- Understand each client's business objectives and map Fideum capabilities to their needs
- Coordinate with compliance, legal, and technical teams to address regulatory requirements
- Drive account expansion by identifying new use cases and product adoption opportunities
- Prepare and deliver QBRs, business reviews, and executive presentations
- Maintain deep knowledge of financial regulations and industry trends affecting clients
What We Look For
- 5+ years of account management experience with financial institutions
- Deep understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with digital assets, payments, or treasury technology solutions
- Strong relationship-building skills and executive presence
- Ability to manage complex implementations and multi-phase rollouts
- Comfort working with legal, compliance, and procurement teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with BSA/AML, KYC, or other financial crime programs
- Familiarity with core banking systems or fintech infrastructure
- Relevant industry certifications or credentials
