About the Role

We are looking for an enterprise account manager to own the success of our largest clients. You will be the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring clients realize full value from our platform while identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term partnership.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full post-sale relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partner with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and engineering
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks to retention

What We Look For

  • 5+ years of account management or customer success experience in enterprise B2B
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue expansion targets
  • Strong understanding of digital assets, fintech, or financial infrastructure
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for clients

Nice to Have

  • Experience with API-first platforms or infrastructure-as-a-service
  • Familiarity with compliance, custody, or treasury operations
  • Background in management consulting or investment banking
